The thermal insulation performance of the refrigerator.

Category:

Place the ice pack in a freezer set at -20℃ and freeze it for 24 hours to ensure sufficient cold storage. According to the standard configuration, the temperature inside the refrigerated container can be maintained below 8℃ for over 80 hours, making it suitable for transporting various low-temperature pharmaceutical products over medium- and long-distance routes.
Other types of refrigerators:
The above-mentioned refrigerators are based on materials science and feature refrigeration methods as well as relevant operating conditions. They are non-energy-consuming refrigeration devices. In addition, in scenarios with even stricter refrigeration requirements, it is necessary to use electronic refrigerators that consume energy in order to achieve precise refrigeration.
Depending on different needs, refrigerators are further categorized into high-temperature refrigeration type, ambient-temperature refrigeration type, and low-temperature refrigeration type.
For example, in clinical medicine, some drugs need to be stored long-term at sub-zero temperatures. Using a refrigerator that doesn't consume energy would not suffice; instead, it is essential to use a refrigeration unit equipped with temperature-control capabilities.
This type of refrigeration unit is equipped with capabilities such as temperature sensing, heating, and cooling. It employs closed-loop control to achieve precise temperature regulation. The basic framework consists of the following steps: temperature sensing—temperature comparison (comparing the sensed temperature with the setpoint)—selection of control mode (heating or cooling)—and then back to temperature sensing. This forms a closed loop, enabling precise control. In addition, the PID algorithm—a widely used technique in automatic control—is often employed to achieve accurate and rapid control of the target variable. Fuzzy algorithms are also applied in control systems for similar purposes.
